Refund Policy

1. Overview

Central Florida Disaster Medical Coalition ("CFDMC") is committed to providing valuable services to our partners and participants. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to administrative fees, training program fees, and consultation services where applicable.

2. Training Program Fees

For paid training programs, the following refund policy applies:

• 100%Cancellation 30+ days before training date receives full refund
• 50%Cancellation 15-29 days before training date receives partial refund
• 0%Cancellation less than 15 days before - credit toward future programs only

3. Consultation Fees

If your organization has paid for consultation services and is not satisfied:

• —Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the consultation date
• —A written explanation of the concerns must be provided
• —CFDMC will review and may offer full/partial refund or additional consultation

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

• —Training materials that have been distributed or downloaded
• —Certification or credentialing processing fees
• —Services that have been fully rendered
• —Fees associated with completed events or programs

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

3. 03Specify the service or program for which you are requesting a refund
4. 04Provide the payment date, amount, and reason for your request

6. Processing Time

Refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and returned via the original payment method when possible.
