We collaborate with a wide range of healthcare organizations including hospitals, clinics, emergency medical services, public health departments, long-term care facilities, and community health centers throughout Central Florida. Our coalition also includes emergency management agencies, first responders, and volunteer medical organizations.

Our coordination approach involves regular planning meetings, shared resource databases, communication protocols, and joint training exercises. During emergencies, we activate our coordination center to facilitate resource sharing, patient movement coordination, and real-time communication between all partner organizations to ensure an effective response.

Yes, we offer comprehensive training programs for healthcare staff, emergency responders, and administrative personnel. Training topics include disaster response protocols, incident command system operations, patient surge management, communication procedures, and specialized medical response techniques. Training sessions are offered throughout the year in various formats.

Healthcare providers can join our coalition by completing a membership application. Members gain access to training opportunities, planning resources, communication systems, and mutual aid agreements. We welcome participation from all healthcare entities regardless of size, and offer different levels of engagement based on organizational capacity.

Our primary service area covers the Central Florida region, including Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Brevard, Lake, Volusia, Sumter, and Marion counties. We work closely with neighboring healthcare coalitions to ensure coordinated regional response capabilities and can extend support during large-scale emergencies that require broader coordination.
